Thomas Bunger

If you need experience you can trust, you can turn to Thomas Bunger. Tom is a partner working primarily in the areas of real estate, estate administration, estate planning and school law. He practices in all areas of real estate, including real estate sales, title insurance and title disputes. Tom also represents several school corporations and public libraries and assists them in the day-to-day issues that they face. Through estate planning, Tom helps individuals plan for the transfer of their assets at death in the drafting of wills, trusts and powers of attorney, and assists families in the administration of the estate following the loss of a family member, all with the greatest sympathy and respect for the grieving loved ones.

Tom also has a passion for helping others in the legal profession, and has been a featured speaker and author for continuing education seminars for attorneys and other professionals on a variety of education and estate planning topics.

Tom is proud to call Bloomington his home, and he is an active member of a number of organizations that serve the community, including the Advisory Board of the Bloomington Division of the Salvation Army, the Administrative Council to First United Methodist Church, Bloomington Hospital Foundation Planned Giving Committee, Hoosier Hills Emmaus Community, Community Bible Study, WTIU Advisory Committee, Monroe County United Ministries, and as president of the Foundation of Monroe County Community School Corporation. Tom strongly believes that the best way to support the community is to give back to it, and he makes an effort to do so at every opportunity.
