Bunger & Robertson is pleased to announce that Joseph Fuschetto was recently named partner.
Joseph practices immigration law where he primarily represents businesses, medical practices, noncitizens of extraordinary ability, and families.
Joseph is very involved in the International Medical Graduates Taskforce (IMGT) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He has presented on various topics of immigration law at a number of conferences and conventions. He is involved in a number of non-profit associations including the Bloomington Refugee Support Network and Rotary International. He currently serves as president of Bloomington North Rotary. He is a graduate of Leadership Bloomington-Monroe County (2019), and the Indiana State Bar Association’s Leadership Development Academy (2021). He has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star each year since 2018.
Joseph earned his J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University (MN). He joined Bunger & Robertson in 2016.
